Waiver of Claims

All visitors to BCCS Preserves are required to complete and sign a waiver.

The waiver can now be signed online here. Please complete and sign the waiver before you travel to a BCCS Preserve.

This is a new waiver as of February 2024. All visitors need to sign this new waiver.

Completed online waivers are required for participation in BCCS or BCCS-related activities, inclucing caving trips, surface digging, ridge walking, and project weekends. A completed and signed waiver is also required to use BCCS owned or managed facilities, field houses, property, or caves.
